Skechers Tone Ups Women's Strength Train Thong Sandals give you a fun, fresh way to tone your legs and strengthen your core A bright paisley pattern brings this thong sandal to life and makes a great addition to your wardrobe! What makes it even better is a multi-density EVA footbed and midsole that simulate walking on a "giving" surface like soft sand. Your heel sinks slightly as you step, rolls forward as your weight shifts to the center, and pushes off with your toes. This movement helps strengthen legs, buttocks, back and abdominal muscles, while stabilizing your steps. The soft surface absorbs impact as your foot makes contact with the ground, taking pressure off the body at the same time it works your core muscles. The result? A gentle feel on your joints, strengthened lower body, increased circulation and improved posture. Plus, this sandal can help you lose weight by boosting your metabolism. Pretty Comfy (2010-05-12)
I got these in the white/orange and really like them. They are soft to walk in, wore them all day for a couple days. They look cute with shorts, skirts, just casual. I have the Easytones by Reebok also and they're cutier, but stiff. The reason I gave these a 4 is that it has some little tits on the rubber in the foot
bed that have to be cut off or it will drive some of you who have sensitive feet nuts, not a big deal. Both these and Easytones are not pliable in the toe area, but not horrible, got use to it fairly quick. I have really sensitive feet and toes, I can't walk barefoot without feeling everything at first during the summer. I kick my husband when we are asleep if he touches my feet anywhere, it's just a bad reaction. Oh I got the white/purple Easytones. For those of you with knee and foot problems the Sketcher are the right ones. I have really strong legs, but the Sketcher shoes I did feel when I first got them. Hope this helps.
