This shoe comes through on a bunch of points.
Comfortable, good looking, ease of putting on, and adjustment.
It does not do anything for the muscles as far as I can tell - except give me a lower back ache if I have them on for too long. The soft insole squishes around, so I feel like I'm walking on shifting sand. Be sure to get the right size for you. My review may be tainted by having to go up to the size I ordered.
Skecher's shape up hydrate sneaker (2010-06-21)
I never do reviews but I feel compelled to this time. These shoes are so comfortable! The fit is very similar to the MBT Kaya. I didn't even need to break them in. I was able to wear them all day on Day 1 with no discomfort. Definitely worth the money.
Great Service Industry Shoes (2010-06-12)
As a bartender, I spend about 10-12 hours a night on my feet. The plain mary-jane flats I used to wear always hurt my feet by the end of the night, wrecked my posture, and fell apart in weeks. These have been amazing though - no pain, are still really cute and neutral in the mary-jane style, and have held up to a rough work environment for weeks - not to mention the soles are perfect for a slippery bar floor. Whether or not I'm losing weight, my posture is definitely better and I do feel a slight work-out type burn in my thighs by the end of the evening. I would absolutely recommend these for any bartender / server / etc!
Great Work Shoes (2010-05-27)
I work in a law firm so I am constantly walking around office to copy machine, faxing, pulling files, etc. These are by far the best shoes I have ever bought for work. I can't begin to tell you how much money I have spent on shoes for work and was able to wear them anywhere from 2-15 times then all of a sudden can't wear anymore because of foot pain. I have been wearing these shape-ups and another pair of the sneakers since I got them and absolutely no foot pain whatsoever. As far as toning legs, buttocks, whatever, don't really care about all that more into comfort and believe me these are the ones.
Fantastic Shoes!!! (2010-05-26)
These shoes were bought for my wife. They are not made in my size (14EEEE) but I wish they were. My wife cannot say enough nice things about them. She has raved about how comfortable they are, how they make her legs and feet feel better than with conventional shoes when she spends a lot of time on her feet.
She has already ordered another pair that are either silver or aluminum looking (can't tell from the picture).
